The coaching client was hired in to this multi-national company specifically to create an entrepreneurial-focused team in the midst of the traditionally slow-changing division.  During the 18-month coaching program, we focused on developing and implementing strategy, building a high performing team, breaking down organizational silos, identifying successors and preparing for the next promotion.  The client tripled his team size during a global hiring freeze, exceeded the sales targets by 50%, and achieved a national sales award.  Upon completion of the program, the client has continued his coaching in preparation for his next role and has included the two leaders that will succeed him in the coaching program.
