A $9B Annual Revenue, Medical Equipment Company, Publicly Traded on NASDAQ

This global client annually runs 25 of their top high-potential leadership talent through an eight-month international program of training and coaching. for each of the past three years we have worked with three of these high potential leaders to aggressively prepare them for a significant promotion that typically occurs near the end of the program.

Using multiple assessments, we co-design development goals to leverage strengths and fill gaps. The focus has included creating champion networks, executive disposition, strategic vision and execution, executive leadership style, and creating a fast ramp into the new promotion.

All three leaders were selected for significant international roles and made successful transitions during, or immediately, following the program.
